Toenail Removals
Toenail removal procedures are commonly performed for painful ingrown toenails, chronic nail infections, trauma-related nail injuries, or severely damaged nails. Depending on the condition, our providers may perform partial or complete nail removal using local anesthesia to relieve pain and reduce ongoing infection or inflammation. Patients are also educated on wound care, prevention strategies, and follow-up recommendations to support healing.
Patients with severe foot infections, significant swelling extending into the foot or leg, uncontrolled diabetes, poor circulation, fever, or concern for deep tissue infection may require higher-acuity medical evaluation and should not delay care.
